Jonathan Creek water outage

Beginning at 6:00 pm on Sunday July 5, 2026, the water service will be interrupted from Teague's Loop traveling north to I 40 on Jonathan Creek Road. The road construction crew will be working to install a 72" drain line that will be in the direct path of the existing main water line. Water service will be restored as soon as possible to the area. 

Some precautions for the customers to consider: 

                       Turn off the breakers to water heaters;                                                                                 When the water is restored, it is best to run an outside spigot to relieve                             any air that is trapped in the service line from the meter to the house;                                 MVSD will be running blow offs to relieve most of the air after water is                               restored.
